Hospitality training is our passion and the backbone of our business led by Clifford Wallace Director, Roger McDonald, with an esteemed 40 years of teaching, hospitality and training experience.

At the initial stage of staff application, a face to face skills assessment of each candidate is conducted. Candidates that meet our criteria are assigned to the appropriate clients, and further training is tailored to specific client and staff requirements.

Our dedicated trainers deliver staff training five days a week, both in house and on the job. They identify potential high achievers and the staff that excel with this consistent training approach, ensuring we are prepared for all client eventualities.

Our training and development programs include cocktail and banquet service, boardroom and protocol training, team leader and supervisor development, barista, cocktail bartender and a la carte service training.
