Padie is our Operations Manager, meaning she performs the dynamic and fluid role of assisting Directors Roger McDonald and Chris Foster, and General Manager Juan Velasquez on a diverse range of operational and client-related matters. Originally from Toronto, Canada where she attained a degree in Hotel, Resort, and Restaurant Management, Padie has been in Australia for many years and she has owned a restaurant at Clareville Kiosk, and has worked at dining institutions as iconic as Pilu at Freshwater (before it became Pilu). Padie is also no stranger to the Clifford Wallace Agency, having been a client when she ran events for the Sydney Mint. As you would expect, Padie is a lover of food and wine and loves to explore Sydney's rich culinary scene. She says of her bubbly, bright, fun-loving personality, "One day I'll grow up," but for now we're thrilled to have such a motivated, ambitious, and friendly person on our team.
