We are very excited to announce the appointment of John O’Riordan to the Clifford Wallace team. A very well-known name in Sydney’s restaurant and catering scene, John will head up our newly formed Back of House division – Clifford Wallace Chef Services.
John has a very impressive CV spanning Canada, Europe, UK and of course Australia. Highlights include: tenure as Chef de Partie at Harvey Nicholls London, Executive Chef at Doltone House Sydney and the distinction of establishing and owning Grappa (the first hatted restaurant in Norton Street, Leichhardt).
John’s 18 years of success have, in part, been due to his innate ability to source chefs with unmatched skill and experience creating a team of top quality personnel. He is now renowned for his Agency and for the quality of chefs he provides to leading Sydney caterers, venues and corporate clients. With characteristic modesty, John explains that the secret of his success is to create a team of chefs better and even more talented than himself!
